I purchased nokia X6 from nokia priority dealer, shopprix mall on 10th oct' 2010 and it was not even a month old and started with the problem of loudspeaker bursting when the song volume is increased. I got it repaired from nokia care. They took it for a day and the problem to an extent was solved. Then, the following problem occured again and with 2 to 3 problems more. The other problem was loose back cover, battery problem etc. I gave it to the nokia care again and they took it around for 10 to 15 days on 18th nov' 2010. Due to so many problems arising in the newly purchased cell the company got it replaced but with the colour changed instead of blue to black. Again they will send this product to the company and it will take around 7 to 10 days.
This kind of service is not expected from a famous leading cellphones brand NOKIA . I am highly dissatisfied with the after sales service and will never purchase a nokia product again in my whole life and will let others know about this and do the same as i will do in the future.
