Dear sir/madam
With due respect I want to inform you that i have given my Nokia handset to thier service centre for repairing one month ago which I have not received it yet. Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week more.the cell phone is just 2months old.its a nokia x6.8gb.on 13july i have given ma cel phone to customer care because the cell phone had sum battery and hardware problems after a week they called me up and said that it has repaired and i can collect it when i went to the customer care branch in vashi they offered me a another cell fone which was noklac6 and they said that the nokia x6 cant get repaird it has sum hardware problems which cant be solved..
so I request you to kindly take action against that care centre.
