I had purchased Pure-IT Classic water purifier, almost 3 years ago. I am facing some problem with the equipment, like interrupted water flow since past 2 months.
I have registered complaints twice with Pure-it regarding the same. (I also agreed to pay service charges as warranty has elapsed.). It was committed by customer services personnel that their engineer will visit my home within 48 hours.
But there was no response or service provided by Pure-IT till date, even after complaining twice. Following are the complaint numbers:

2nd Complaint No: C124361557
I have followed up with pure it for number of times and every time they end up with fake commitments.
I am fed up with Pure-IT, as I am not able to use the equipment for past 2 months. We have a small child in family and I am worried about my family's health.
I hope at-least, this forum can help me out to sort this problem out.
