My Consumer Code is 175-10137, Customer ID 458, I am a valued customer of your esteemed Company and under the yearly AMC. My water Filter (Nova) does not perform properly as a result water is not properly purify. After several request and reminder your representative does not change any Filter since January not only that he also behave very rudely with the family members.
Therefore, I request you to change the filter within 24 hours otherwise I have no other alternative but to take appropriate legal step and or move before Consumer Court.
