Very noice in window a.c

I purchase a window a.c. when technician install a.c. in father room and start a.c. a very dangerous noice came out from a.c. then technician this sound goes automaticaly remove in few days after 15 days not progress then i call repeat to dealer and talk about it the dealer says he talk to company engineer to solve your problem after 10 days dealer says company replace your a.c but no any action till now my father is blood pressure/diabitic and mother are herat pention /diabetic.blood pressure pesaint please help me
