I purchased a O' General window a/c (1.5 ton) on 29.06.2010 vide Invoice no. 1155 and company provided free service coupons upto one year (3 dry and last one wet service) i.e. upto 29.06.2011. The company service provider located at Rajapuri, Dwarka, New Delhi has not been servicing the said a/c for the last wet service despite my follow up with them, on their mobile no. 9210000924, on daily basis since Wednesday, 22.06.2011. Today also they promised to service my abovesaid a/c but till the time of filing this complaint i.e. 6.50 pm, the elusive service man has not turned up.
I humbly request the senior executives of O'General to help me in the matter failing which I shall be constrained to take matter to the concerned consumer rights protection authorities.
