A.C. is not working

Sir,

I Had purchase an O-General A.C. in August from Global Enterprises Ghaziabad it is not working properly. I also told this to global enterprises but no response is giving by them. I had made call to O-General head office several time but they are also not listening to me.please help me out of this.
