Dear Sir,
We have purchased the Great Ceiling Type Split A.C from Asha Sales Corporation (O GENERAL Archade hoping the same as Company outlet) on 08-05 which is not performing well. Though four free services are to be provided nobody has attended during the past one year. Initially it performed well for 4 months and as the ambient cooled down we are not using. After starting of summer we started using the A/C but there is no coolong in the room. Now when we contacted the phone no stamped in the Warranty card, they are simply telling that this is not for O-General and they are giving another Phone No. When contacted to the new Phone No. service men attended and simply telling that the Gas has gone out and the same to be refilled and we have to pay for the same since it has crossed the one year. while the Blue star A/c. installed in other room at the same time is performing well and the free sevices are provided automatically and reguarly with out any call from us. We have expected a lot from O-General while paying almost double the cost of Blue Star and now we are feeling very bad for believing the O-General.
As you have not provided the free services at the end of every quarter as mentioned in the warranty card and this problem is persisting from the start of this summer, you are requested to rectify the problem free of cost. The service people are not at all caring the customer and they are irresponsible.
Expecting a good response such a big company which we believed that the No.1 in this segment
