I purchase okaya battery on 4 April at Ratlam (M.P.). The battery warranty is 36 months. But the battery check-up service provided by shop is taking charging 40/- or 50/- per check-up. My question is the warranty of battery is 36 months. Why I pay battery check-up charges.
