Battery replacement

Respected Sir okaya (fujikawa) group,

Subject: Battery problem not solving by service center.

Sir,

My Battery okaya (fujikawa), Model No-platinum 344, Serial no-G2365012071, Guaranty-36 month has passed only 26 months and battery has given only between 1-2 hour backup.

I have also complaint on okaya service center. They check the battery but not given proper reason that is why i am feeling cheated.

So please solve my problem.
