Sir iam from vellore i am a distributor for this mobile phone and iam the previos and the first person for vellore district at the first time they supplied some products which are some low quality later they reduced the price of the handsets and later there was no response from the company and suddenly a new person was appinted and new distributor was appointed when asked them they told me that i was no doing business regularly so they changed.
but i have no received any intimation and my previous dues for price reduction is pending man faulty sets without service back up there the company gave 100 days replacement warranty but it was of no use that the customer or the distributor has go the unfinished service centre over there where they charge for the service like big branded companies
still it has been nearly 6 months there is no response for my stoct to be cleared and my repalcement of my faulty sets
i was ditched by this com[any where my fund has been staying still where no one interested in buying this poor quality handsets
