Selling on higher price without bill and not giving grantee warntee on good on and miss behaved

I purchased prestige cooker and stove, he did't give proper bill and and not given any grantee/warntee, and even not checked, when i checked i found stove was not working . i went for complain he didn't changed/returned and did miss behaved with me.

i found price for stove is around 3050 with one year grantee

He sold me on 3500 without bill and no Garnette.
