I bought Onida 1 Ton Split A.C from one of the leading stores in Chennai. They have installed on 21.03.11without proper care. When switched on water leaked from indoor unit. Technicians could not solve the problem. They immediately opened the panel without advice & guidance. Even after that they can not arrest the leakage. Then they called their supervisor. They have tried their best to rectify the same but they could not succeed in their attempt. They left by saying that it will be attended by Service Engineers tomorrow. On the next day nobody turned up. The following day we have called the service centre by registering our complaint. Then the technicians came & attended the fault. They also could not be able to stop the leakage. They referred the matter to Mr. Rajesh. After speaking to him for very long time he has told me that it has to be discussed with his boss & the outcome will be known only next day. Till date (26.03.11) He has not take action on our complaint. He is adopting dilly dally tactics, dodging etc., all sorts of excuses. G.Sanjeevi Chennai Guindy Phone No 9841668596
