I, KAMAL K S bought the tv from OMANA electonics Kottarakkara, a shop near by us. I had already registered a complaint to ONIDA company. At that time you contant me and i had given all the details about that. Here after one month, there is no response from you..Again i put the complaint because the service man told me that the picture tube was complaint. I purchased the tv before 3 years @ Rs.17500/-.At that time there is no bad situation in the climate also. I'm a permanent customer of onida.
