Inappropriate service

We firstly called to the callcenter regarding the servicing of our "Onida" branded air conditioner (Model no.-SZ09GLS/SZ12GLS/SZ18GLS) on 27/4.(Complaint no.-10045656381766)

They assured of instant service within 48 hours.

We waited for the same but there was no response from their side.

Waiting still for a week i.e on 1st MAY,

They adviced us to call to the kalyan service center. As per their instructions we did the job. We called to the number 0251-6451731.Again interestingly, they assured of giving prompt service the next day. And they never came.

And still not enough for them to trouble us, they just call us approximately every alternate sunday and tell us that they are surely coming this time.!!!

Please guide us for the trouble caused to us. We want to know regarding the complaint of F.I.R against these careless people.
