Sim lock due to automatic dailing by hand set

Sir,

today when i recive a incoming call my mobile automatic dail numbers, i remove battary atonce and there after insert battary again four or five times but automatic dailing by hand set sim is block. I also contact to your RIM delar at city center Vidisha but they not provide any help and suggested me to change mobile.

I M very old coustomer of your company and i want our no again 9301940900. please solve my problem.
