Delaying AM service

Hi!

Am Geetha homemaker, we buyied a Onida A/C and we are maintaining it properly. Once a person came for service had told me about the AMC (Annual maintenance) i thought it was a good deal and paid for it. But after 4 months they didn't come for service, so i called and registered a compliant on Ondia customer care. They told me that the person will come for service, untill now (after 2 months from registed compliant) the person had not come for service. I need a proper response from their side otherwise return the money i had paid for AMC...
