I BOUGHT A NEW 1 TON ONIDA S212CFL3 SPLIT A/C FROM BISMI, COCHIN ON 03/03.

IT WAS INSTALLED THE SAME DAY BY THE COMPANY PEOPLE BUT UNFORTUNATELY SOME SOUND IS COMING FROM THE INDOOR UNIT WHILE IN USE. I WAS ADVISED BY THE INSTALLTION PEOPLE TO LODGE A COMPLAIN AT THE TOLL FREE NUMBER OF THE COMAPNY.

I DID THIS . AFTER A WEEK SOMEBODY CALLED FROM ONIDA ENQUIRED ABOUT THE COMPLAINT & I EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. THEY CAME TO CHEK UP & TOLD ME THAT IT IS AN INSTALLATION PROBLEM & IT HAS TO BE CLEARED BY THE DEALER. I CALLED THE DEALER AGAIN & THEY SENT SOMEBODY TO CHEK UP & THEY SAID THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN INSTALLATION & IT IS PROBLEM OF THE UNIT. AFTER SOMETIME HE OPENED THE UNIT & DID SOMETHING. NOW THE SOUND HAS BECOME VERY FEABLE & NOT CLEARED COMPLETELY. ITS GOING TO BE A MONTH NOW, STILL NOBODY IS TAKING IT SERIOUSLY.

IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE I WILL GET IN THE NEXT 5 YEARS OF WARRANTY WHEN MY A/C WAS NOT WORKING FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY.

NEED A ANSWER DESPARATELY. CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS?
