I had registered a complaint of my non working air conditioner close to 10 days back. The complaint number for the same is 10041306380737.

We have been chasing the serivce centre representative Mr. Biswanath Halder for a solution but have still not found one. Today Mr. Halder mentioned that we can go and complain anywhere but he would not work on our issue.

Would request for this issue to be looked into
