New Lunched Nokia X6 purchased on June. Imei:352006047713541
Purchased with in one week accrued following Problems given to Nokia Care they lock the Complaint.
1. Music Output (Speaker) in some Interruption of High bass songs.
2. Auto Restart on some times while Receive the files from Bluetooth.
3. New Profile can't to Create.
4. Back panel not seated properly.
Feedback from Nokia Care:
1. They do the Observation on Two Days, can't solve the problem in here and sent to H.Q at Delhi.
2. After 10days got the mobile i check it on that site, still same problem occurred. I informed them again they do Software updating on that spot.
3. I don't know they check it or not. But still problems remains.
Suggestion:
1. Need to satisfy the Customer Requirements in Time.
2. If the same problems still there means replace the new handset of same model to Customer. They can't to spend much more time in Service Station.
3. Why in India more sales Nokia Handset in Previous not have a much more issue from Customers, but now a days lot of new model launch in India with much more complaints from Customers.
(i) Collect the all customer compliant and rectify it on time.
(ii) Satisfy the Existing Customers also New Customers
(iii) In Future produce without compliant Handsets to Customer.
