Mobile handset not working

I handed over my ONIDA S-333 mobile handset to your Service Centre, Kurukshetra (Mob: 09728921000) on 07.04.2011. Though three weeks have passed the set has not been given back to me and whenever I contact the service centre they always that set is not ready. Coontact after 2-3 days. I am facing lot of difficulties and they are harrassing me.

Please resolve my problem.
