No Response for complaint

I got an Onida hydro shakthi wasing machine, I faced more than 50complaints in that machine they made solutions for that complaint finally they said here after no problem will arrise if means we will replace the machine, but after that we faced the problem i asked to replace the machine but they refused to replace they were not responding for it... Kindly do some thing
