I have never experienced so poor service as from ONIDA. My aircon is down last two months and the service person from the company came down only to tell me that the whole mother board needs to be changed in two of the four new aiconditioners we purchased for our medical centre. This is two months after the machine was purchased! - They said the whole mother board needs to be changed for which I need to pay. When I accepted to pay they insisted on taking away the 2 month old motherboard on the pretext of noting the model of the motherboard. I informed them that they may as well note the specification, bring the newer motherboard, demonstrate that it works and then take away the old mother board. The system remains without repair despite repeated complaints. One new person comes at periodic intervals - we do not know who has sent them, and everytime the same tamasha is repeated - noting the "specification" and then vanishing into thin air. For the last one month no body has come. Is there anybody who would help me with this?
