I had purchased Onida TV 29" from reliance mart Faridabad on 27-12 delivered on 29-Dec. Sale order no.0055956687 . It has problem of straching screen on august last week. I had raised complaint on 1-Sep in warrenty period. Technician came 3 times to repair the TV in the month of sep. on 2nd Oct again i had raised new complaint (previous complaints closed unsolved) and they told me we will replace the Kit. Again in the month of sep i had followed with them they told me the kit is not in stock it will take some time. I had called Mr. Amarjeet (head of Faridabad Servide center cell no. 9582715483) every time he told me today or tommorrow the technician will definitly come. but every time he is giving me excuse. I had also called Omkar on his cell 09315124001. Today i called him he told we had no technician our three technicians are on leave. and he gave me excuse company know about it. I want that this tv need to be replaced with extended warrenty or refund my money back. Complaint no. are 11092126380807, 11092126381305, 11092126381305, 11102126380005 and so on.
