I had purchased 14" Oxygen Color Tv on 11th Dec. This had in warranty Period, I had complaint the supplier with Customer Service in Aurangabad City. Daily follow-up by mobile phone to customer care & supplier but not service provide on urgent basis. So Pls. get the result of your service station asap. TV display enter a lock key. I had daily operate the tv remote on / off switch, but this cannot proper action & display after two-three minute enter a lock key. My Customer Complaint no :- 12078486389150 already service provide but not a proper repair TV, So Pls. Send ur Customer Care Service Provider on urgent basis.
