I have given my onida microwave oven for repair on 29/12 at Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd at kannur. The job no is 10121785380374.They promised to call me back within a couple of days. There was no response till i call. The answer was they don’t have the spare & will get within a week. Now again i called them today and the reply was their Service Engg has not yet come. Its already 16 days passed and no progress. am leaving India by 16th Jan and nobody is there to collect the material from the service centre.
The one reason i went for onida product was the post sales service.
