I have bought an Onida G490 mobile phone. The IMEI no are: - 354918031280493 & 35491803144491. The dealer is Jay Ambeshwar mobile centre Ahmadabad.
With a view to get GPRS settings for my ONIDA G490 mobile I have done so many phone calls to the customer care officers of Bsnl, Airtel & Idea. But it was in vain. The customer care officers replied that I cannot get GPRS settings for my ONIDA G490 mobile. So I am in worry. Though I have spent Rs.3000/- for my mobile but I am not satisfied with Onida instrument due to non receipt of GPRS settings for the same. Without Internet use the mobile is useless for me. Onida is a trusted brand. So there are many hopes for me towards your Onida Company, its brands and reliability for their customers.
Kindly help in this matter please.
