The TV has problem. Contacted ONIDA website. Onide service person contacted. Suggested to go for EWC for 2 years which will take care of component replacement. Charged Rs. 2450 (Against Broachure charges of Rs. 1350) It was mentioned the charges has been revised. Contacted on web sire for charges confirmation. Received confrimation for Rs. 1350. communicated online about the higher charges. Received confirmation that component charges are 1100 & hence it has been charged Rs. 2450.
Additional Economic charges Rs. 1100
Refund the charges / How the company was support this behaviour by their authorised service centre. Need to ensure this does not happen to any body in future.
