Respected Sir/Madam
I purchased Onida split AC 1.5 from Bhatia Agency Kota on 13/6.
After installation it worked good for 9 months then sudenlly in april
its display went off, I complaint to Bhatia agency they told me to contact
service center in jaipur, i contacted there they told to pay 1600 Rs for one
year extended warranty i payed, the display was changed, since then AC
was not tripping i called the concern person again he told the sensor is
not working it got changed, now after tripping it was not starting (compressor) i called him again. After several calls he came and told that
relay is not working and the card will be changed, again after repeated calls
he told its not coming from jaipur then after 10 days he came and changed
the card. Now the same complaint persists. I called him several times but
he is not replying then contacted with different mobile he replyed and said
he cant do.
Now what should i do? I was thinking to go to consumer court, but
thought to take one more chance by complaining directly to company
Lets see
(Onida split AC 5 star costing 29900/RS) Pls do something.
