I HAD GIVEN A REQUEST FOR ONIDA SPLIT AC FOR SERVICING AND I HAVE A EMC FOR IT. I HAVE LAUNCHED A COMPLAINT FOR SERVICING THE AC ON 25TH OF JUNE AND STILL I DID NOT GET A ELECTRICIAN TO TAKE CARE OF IT. I AM VERY MUCH FRUSTRATED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I REGRET FOR PURCHASING FROM ONIDA. STILL THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE. I AM VERY MUCH UPSET WITH THE SERVICES. THE COMPLAINT REF# 11067276380675 AND ANOTHER REQUEST I HAD GIVEN REF# 11078776380035. I HOPE I GET A GOOD RESPONSE FROM YOU.
