My philips dvd player and i registered my complaint through phone on 24.06.2011.Very soon the service station respond and agent came to my house. He checked the my dvd player and asked me to bring to his service station, so i immediately next day given my dvd player to his service station where it is so far from my house nearly 15kms. So they asked me for 2 days time to rectify the problem but till now dt:06.07.2011 the is no call from the service station. And i called n number of times to the service station but they are not answering the call. So what we do for this poor irresponsible service station.
