Onida T.V
NO SOUND

Dear Sir,

The Onida colour TV was purchased from Harsha showroom, Mangalore about 2 months back for around Rs.7, 000/-. The T.V. was spoilt on 29.09.2010. The picture is visible but there is no sound. I have given the complaint to Harsha on that day itself. But till now the complaint has not been attended. I have been repeatedly calling them twice a day but they just tell that the servicemen will come today.

Kindly look into this matter and oblige
