We have purchased ondia ultra slim 29 inch TV 3yrs back. Now & then we used to face small problems but this time automatically TV got shut down when it was on. We thought there is some current problem but after checking electric plugs we came to know TV not working.
For service we tried customer care service call center but they response in bad way.
We also logged complaint from we purchased it-no response from them also.
We have also purchased 1yr warranty subscription for the same.
Hope this complaint will help foe the same.
