I have purched Onida 21" Ultra Slim TV one and half year back. TV is not working properly, the screen is not properly seen and sound heared after start TV. I have called custmorcare executive for repairy he has told that Rs.1600 is required for part replacement.
This is a verst service and product do not buy and also there is no details to be given for parts prise and warranty.
Such a TV part hwo damaged with in one and half year and after warrenty period.
Do not trust the custmor care executive that the part is damaged and require relacement. If the TV is in warranty period it shoud be repaired and after warrenty period it shoud replace
