POOR RESPONSE IN SERVICE CENTER

Iam from Chennai, Perungalathur. I bought one ORIENT PSPO in CALVIN Electronics vide invoice number 1295 dated 12.04.2010. Recently last month i heard huge noice during fan running at LOW & HIGH RPM. In this view i contacted CALVIN Electronics for service, & i was told that the ORIENT Service people only can take service. In this regard i lodged a formal complaint to Orient service center on 26.08.2010 & the ref # is H751. Till today i did not receive any feedback even thru phone atleast. No service person has reached our home. Whenever i try the number given from CALVIN, no body is responding these numbers. 044-43135668. I really got upset with the response i got from them. Definitely in future i will not chose for ORIENT Fans. It can be no. 1 in products, but afterall its all about customer satisfaction, which in some cases we're getting in very local / unbranded products also.
