Orient PSPO Fan
Fans not functioning

I brought a new Orient fan on April. Now its is not functioning. I placed a complaint calling Chennai Customer care no. Its almost 5 days now. Till now no one fixed it. I dropped 2 e-mails to their customer care id. Nither did they respond.
