I have purchased a whirlpool washing machine (sport) on 13.06.2009 from M/s Orchid Siliguri west Bengal. The serial No of the above machine is INF090300091. From the Ist day onwards the washing machine was not working properly. In the last 14 Months I have booked several complaints about the machine. Two times the mother board of the machine has been changed and three times my clothes were damaged. The heater of the machine has also been changed and others complaints have also been seen in the machine at regular intervals. All complaints are already booked in the customer care. Several times I have talked in your regional office Kolkata as well as the purchase dealer of the machine in siliguri for replacing my machine but they did not respond properly. Every 15 days or month the machine is up with a new type of complaint. whirlpool is a world class company and I hope that this company replaces my machine as soon as possible. hoping to hear your response through e mail.
