I have 3 TV with me, all the room has got TV & working in good conditions.
I have sent one of them the 29" TV via PACK WORLD, Yeshwathpur Bangalore on 21/04. for my kids who went for vacation to Punjab for there viewing.
They (Pack Word Team) promised me my item will reach in good conditions and even asked me for insurance. I told them not required since they are giving so much of assurance. But, some how i got convinced to the guy who cam for pick and got is insured for value of Rs.10000/-
My TV reached almost after 10 days in pethatic condittions.
My partents refused to accept the material due to its conditions and called me, I had almost 2 hrs discussion with there counter part of bangalore & punjab. We refused to sing PoD. On too much of request and comfirmation of delivery guy that he finally got ready to sign on observation of good received in punjab & parents singed.
The PACK WORLD team told, we do the needful and get you the claim. AFter regural follow up for two days with me Mr. Ashok 93424 05799, he told the claim process is already on & we will get call from there team. That did't happend moreover later he passed the things to his boss Mr. Ajay 93412 38485, that he will take care and i have spoken to him, he lied saying they spoken to there counter part inpunjab and no issue on packing.. where as guy who unloaded the tv (Mr. Navneth of PACK WORLD SISTER CONCERN, JALANDHAR) told that time only that this is very bad packing and same over phone he told to paker guy of banglore on concall also.
This Mr. Ajay lied me again saying pls give the invoice, which i told him i m not able to find.. then he told me i need this as ICICI Lombard insurance team needs that.
I approaced to ICICI, and mailed back from them asking policy number.
When i asked policy number from M/s PACK WORLD's Mr. AJAY, he is telling me i can't give u policy number & its between me and ICICI, how can you ask me this, I first need you to prove your ownership of TV to ME.
This is height of " Chori and Seenajori"... I got pissed off and on top of that he telling em the TV cost today is 1500/- & told him it may be ZERO but when i bought it was 26500/- & will remain for me same till i have that, may be external world its a value but my itension is not to sale but use it for my residence purpose ..so its valueable for me...
Then he reinsting me saying that you have to prove your OWNERSHIP of TV first.
I have approaced GIRIA's with invoice number if they can give me duplicate copy.
But, I sincerly request you to kindly look into this and take some action.
It not matter of cost but these Joker should not take their or any other customers for ride like this..!
I need any of following :-
a) Either my TV repaired by them.
b) They calim the value of TV is 2500/- due to depreation, I want my TV from them, they can buy and give me as i wasted Rs. 3500/- on Transit of goods.
c) Give me the insurance amount of Rs. 10000/- for which they took money from me.
