My refrigerator Panasonie NRD 701B is now been broken for almost 4 months. When I phoned Panasonic they gave me the Indepent company that repairs their product Mr Allisher (011) 440 2666. The mentioned persone went out of his way to help me, BUT he cant do anything until he gets the PART needed to fix my fridge. The above mentioned fridge is 2 yrs and 6 months old, cost me R10 000 and I have to wait and sit without a fridge for so long, it is really UNEXEPTABLE!!! On the first of December I got hold of Mr Martin Maddock's office number (011) 313 1400. I could'nt speak to him 'cause he was in meetings and was going on leave the next day. I spoke to his PA that promised me that she will give him the message to phone me back. It is now the 13th of December Mr Maddock is longtime on holiday, and I'm still sitting WITHOUT a fridge. I'm really unhappy. I spoke to a Nitesh, that told me he doesn't work with refrigerators, but he orded me the part, payed for it, (although it is not in his line), and that is will be in RSA on the 12th of December.

Please can somebody help me, I just want my fridge to be either fixed or replaced BEFORE Christmas, this is not funny anymore. If not fixed before Christmas, can you please partially refund me or replace my fridge
