Panasonic colour tv set, bought in sept'06 started getting swtiched off automatically while running from 21/10/10 made complaint to panasonoic on 22/10/10--complaint no.-028211
tv technician sujit manna arrvd on 23/10/10, we were watchng tv b4 his arrival but it again got swtchd off by itself
he opend the set, started fidgeting with it, there was an electric spark inside the tv board.after smtm he said an "srt" was needed whch he would bring on 25/10/10 n he refused to believe that the tv was wrkin properly apart frm the previously mentioned problem
the set is completely dead now n he insisted that it was so before he came n he lft after taking Rs276/= as service charge
on 25/10/10 he came n opnd the set, after smtm said we had to tk it to their office near garia metro as now "smv" is not wrkng n the "srt" which he said he had brought [ though he didn't know its price] whch we hadnt seen, didnt help
we told him to arng for company conveyance to tk the tv set n we'ld pay the fees, he left saying that he'ld call on 26/10/10 at 10am which he didnt
why was our tv set in running condition- apart frm that prblm- left in a totally dead condition?
why was he so reluctant to explain what was exactly wrong with our set?
why hadnt he call? did he realise that he had made a mess with our working tv set?
is this the sewrvice to be expected frm company people?
