We had bought a Plasma TV of Panasonic make from Ezone Santacruz. The Brand is Panasonic Plasma Model Th-P42C10D.
This TV is out of order since 4th October and the service station have taken it to the service center. after checking they informed that it cannot be repaired so a replacement tv will be delivered.
it has been more than 20 days, and we have not got any reply on the status of the replacement.
The Company staff Mr. Vipul Gor, was following this matter but of late he has stopped answering to our calls.
we need to register this complaint against the company's poor response and late action.
