Misguiding and negative approch

Dear Team

their is a retail shop of electronics at borivali-e name-panjam electronics... who has taken sign on blank documents from me which resulted i am paying more charges apart from reguler...

their engineers are also unprofessional to handle any complaint... i have taken A/C from him which they not install properly which resulted loss of money to me

their staff are not matured enough to handle the customer quesies and documented work...

they have filled up my finance documents with wrong name inspite of taking my KYC documents

they have taken the gas charges from me when my machine is in warrenty

they have not send company's professional person for installation of machine..they have done from their own

i am paying extra money to finance comany due to thier cheating with disbursement amt

request you to take strick action against him so that i can get my money back
