The variety of electronics available is quite excellent however the after sales service is pathetic.
In one incident the scratchguard offered along with the newly purchased mobile phone came out within 3months of usage and they refused to replace it by giving excuse that they do not replace scratchcard if it has folded, inspite of having 6 months warranty for the scratchguard, The attitude of the store manager was absolutely unprofessional, especially with elderly customers.
