PARKAR
MANUFACTURING DEFECT

I purchased a parkar ink pen manufactured costing me Rs 320.00 from a shop just outside andheri station (west), Mumbai. After use of one month the ink drawing-in part have become dysfunctional, so I can not use my favorite pen any more, I am a backdated user of inkpen. When asked the seller from whom I purchased the pen to repair it, neither he repaired the pen, nor given me any advice. It looks nobody in the market have any idea as to how to bring the parkar pen back to use by repairing. Now I understand that I have wasted my hard earned money of Rs 320.00 in purchasing the parkar pen. I want to inform through your column to the parkar company that don't manufacture such pens which buyers will purchase with their hard earned money for weeping. Or if it all, you have to manufacture, please make arrangement to repair the same without harrassment.--BHANU CHAKRABORTI.
