It is almost 1 year and 3 months when I gave my mobile handset Melbon Dude for repair. Initially for 6-7 months they told me that the parts of my mobile are not available so i need to wait for that. But the problem was of software because of which mobile was working slowly.
After that when i called up one man picked up phone and then started saying "Hello... Hello... Hello..." and disconnected. whenever I called up he used to behave in same manner. It really embarassed me a lot. now when i call them no one picks up phone.
I helpless now and finding no clue to this problem. i want my mobile back or get full compensation for the delay and losing my contacts saved in mobile.
please help me and let me know what can I do now?
