My Parryware Pressure Pump under one year warranty (Purchase date 7/1) is not working (Electronic Control Unit cap got burst) I have lodged complaint on 4th Nov with Parryware with complaint no. CRI0B002 but after repeated reminders an untrained technician came and told that the cap is not burst it was broken by you. Non of their service personnel pickes my phone. What to do?
I am no choice left to go to consumer forum.
