I purchased around 14 wash basins and 2 wall hung WC (all Parry ware Products) from Chennai Ceramics (Authorised Dealer of Parryware) in Velachery, Chennai around 3 months back. One of the installed WC fell from its location last week and got fully broken down.
When approached Parryware customer care for support they inspected and indicated that the supplied Fisher Bolts by the Chennai Ceramics (Authorised Dealer of Parryware) is not a Parryware product and hence there is no warranty for the supplies...
The Dealer is not willing to replace the broken WC and I was forced to spend around Rs.10, 000 to install a new WC., inspite of supplying non Parryware inferior product... It may be noted that the Dealer collected Rs 170/= for each bolt set and because of this inferior quality bolts, the WC warranty was completly lost.
I need to know how a authorised Parryware dealer can supply such inferior non-Parryware product to fit a Parryware closet and there by voiding my warranties. Parryware customer care has been informed regarding this awaiting their feedback.
