My name is sonali Das and I bought a Milton Steel body thermos on 25th may Bill # 5856, Amt:850 Rs. which helps keep tea warm for a long time, but from the day one I observed that instead of keeping it warm the outer part of the thermos is getting over heated and if we keep the tea in the thermos it doest stay hot for more than 1 hr., I had to go to kolkata so I took the thermos along with me and when i came back in the month of October I took the thermos back to the shop keeper and asked him to check it, he said he will check the thermos, and will send it to Milton service center but after 2 months which is in the month of December he returned the thermos back stating that the problem will never happen again and told me they solved the problem, but there was no change what so ever in the condition of the thermos it started doing the same thing so we took it back to the store and we have asked them to replace it as it is doing the same thing again, they told me exactly like they have said earlier that they will send it to Milton service center so i should leave the product with them, I strongly feel that they are not sending the product to the Milton service center for the repair instead they are keeping it with them for my satisfaction and returning it back. As it is a branded thermos of Milton and I cannot believe that they missed something which is causing the same issue to occur again, Kindly help me with this as I don't know what to do so I am lodging this complain the Name and address of the shop is: PCS crockery house, 256 Mahatma Gandhi Rd., Pune-01 and there phone no. is 020-26342276
