We purchased 24 inch LCD TV from Garg Traders Berkhera BHEL Bhopal who are Philips distributor and commited 4 years warranty for which a card was also provided by philips. it went in operational within 45 days of working and they are not changing the LCD as of till now. Service center executives have taken away they LCD TV with them on 21 of may and a complaint is also logged in the cx support department on 17 of may but neither a replacement has been provided for that nor a replacement has been done till now. just requesting for a day or 2 continuously.
