It has been 3 weeks since my Philips LCD TV, currently under warrenty period is not working. We have logged the compliemt 3 weeks ago, service representative came after 4 days and notified us that some part of my LCD needs to be replaced. It has been 3 weeks and I havn't got my TV repaired and getting all the sort of funny response from Philips.
I put up in NCR region not in any remote place that it is taking 3 weeks for them to get the faulty part replaced.
We purchased this product on 12 Nov and that time also within 6-7 days the display on LCD was incorrect. That time TV got replaced after 15 days, and this time I guess they are just passing the time because I guess Philips itself is not aware how to repair it...
